3.Can I see a preview of my customised product?
Yes, our website offers a live preview feature that updates as you make changes. This lets you visualise exactly how your finished product will look before you place your order.
4.Will the colours on the screen match the final product?
We aim for accurate colour representation, but some differences may occur due to screen settings. The final product will be as close as possible to your on-screen preview. You can always browse our product gallery to make sure the colours are what you’re expecting.
5.Can I save my customisation and come back to it later?
Currently, we don’t offer a save feature. However, you can leave the customisation page open in your browser, and your selections will stay in place as long as you don’t clear your browsing data.
6.Can I customise multiple items at once?
Yes, you can customise one item, add it to your basket, and then go back to the catalogue to personalise additional items. Each item will be saved with its unique customisations in the basket, which you can review before checkout.
7.How do I know my customisations are saved before checkout?
When you add an item to your basket, all selected customisations will be saved. You can double-check all the products and your unique customisations in your basket before proceeding to checkout.
8.Can I edit my customisation choices after adding it to the basket?
Yes, you can review your customisation choices for each product in the basket and change them by clicking “Edit Parameters”.
9.Is it possible to order a sample of my customised product?
Currently, we don’t offer samples. However, our live preview is designed to give an accurate view of your personalised design.
10.What happens if I’m not happy with my customised product?
We’re confident you’ll love your design! However, please see our returns policy on customised items, as these are made-to-order.

1.How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple! Just select your product, customise it with colours and text as desired, then add it to your basket. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.
2.Can I order multiple customised items in one order?
Certainly! Customise each item individually, add them to your basket, and they’ll be saved with their unique personalisations for checkout.
3.Can I edit my order after placing it?
Because each item is made to order, we may not be able to make changes once your order is in production. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
4.How can I track my order?
Once you’ve placed an order and paid for it, you’ll receive email notification confirming your order and another email notification once the part is printed and on it's way to you in the post.
5.What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as ShopPay and GooglePay. Simply select your preferred payment option at checkout.
6.Can I cancel my order?
Orders for custom items are processed shortly after being placed, so cancellations may not be possible once production begins. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel, and we’ll do our best to assist.
7.Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details about your purchase. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
8.Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
At this time, we don’t offer gift wrapping. However, each product is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We also use our brand packaging to make the whole process of receiving an order enjoyable!
9.Can I send an order as a gift directly to the recipient?
Absolutely! During checkout, enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address. We won’t include any pricing information in the package, so it’ll be ready to give as a gift.
10.How can I apply a discount or promotion code?
If you have a discount code, enter it at checkout in the designated box. The discount will apply automatically to your order total if the code is valid.
11.Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, we don’t require a minimum order quantity. Each item can be individually customised and ordered.
12.Is there a bulk order discount?
Yes, you can expect a 10% discount on bulk purchases of 10 or more of some items. The reason behind this is that in 3D printing, the manufacturing time depends on the quantity of items produced simultaneously.
Shipping
1.Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within Ireland. However, we're working hard to make our collection available worldwide.
2.How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs a flat rate of just €3.50.
3.How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 1-3 days after your order is created and dispatched.
4.How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number on the shipping carrier’s website to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.
5.Do you offer express or expedited shipping?
Currently, we only offer standard shipping to ensure a sustainable, cost-effective delivery process.
6.What if my order doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe?
If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected date, first check your tracking information for updates. If there’s no progress or you’re concerned, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
7.How is my order packaged?
We carefully package each item to protect it during transit. Our packaging is designed to be sustainable, using minimal plastic where possible, and is fully recyclable.
8.What if my package arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Provide photos of the damage along with your order details, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
9.Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes on my order?
Standard VAT rate is included, but orders shipped within Ireland won’t incur customs duties as all our products are made in Ireland.
10.Can I choose a specific delivery date?
We don’t offer that option at the moment.
11.Will I need to sign for my delivery?
No, a signature is not required for delivery.
Return Policy

As each product is custom-made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for personalised items unless they arrive damaged or there’s an error with the customisation. If there is an issue, please contact us, and we’ll work to make it right.

Because our products are made to order, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun. However, if you contact us quickly after placing your order, we’ll do our best to accommodate a cancellation if production hasn’t started.
